- Our team will confirm your return and share instructions within 24 hours.
- Package the item securely in its original box and post it with a tracked service.
- Once received and inspected, your refund is approved within 48 hours.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method — PayPal, Stripe or Monnify — within 5–10 business days, depending on your provider. Delivery charges are refundable only where the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your piece arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with a photo — we will arrange a replacement or a full refund including delivery, at no cost to you.
